Refund policy
RETURN POLICY & DEADLINE:
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for any return or refund, the product must be either undelivered or delivered to the wrong address. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products delivered correctly, even if the wrong size was chosen by the customer.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Products returned more than 30 days after purchase, or those with obvious use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us, are non-returnable.

Choosing the wrong size is not eligible for return or refund.
Returns (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to post. If issues persist, contact us via the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us using the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Shipping:
To return a product, please email oriobeltco@gmail.com for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. The time for exchanged products to reach you may vary depending on your location.
